Monday Night Dinner and Bible Study

Hear ye! Hear ye! Let it be known that the Monday Night Dinner and Bible Study will be starting on Monday (of course), September 26th. We are excited to start with a short study of about five weeks. We’ll be looking at a book by Adam Hamilton, Half Truths: God Helps Those Who Help Themselves and Other Things the Bible Doesn’t Say.

Dinner will be ready at 6:30 pm and after a little fellowship, food, and fun we will begin the study part at about 7:00 pm. We aim to finish up by 8:30 pm (at the latest). We’ll meet at the church in room B2 (next to the choir room – just follow your nose!).

We share the dinner duty. It can be anything from a pizza to sandwiches to a gourmet delight. Whatever it is, it tastes great because if it’s not your turn, you didn’t have to do the work!

Think you might want to join our happy group? We love discussion, ideas, thoughtful critique, and learning. Try us out! Join us for this first month and if you like it stick around for more.

Contact Jackie Holmquist or the church office for info. If you plan to join let us know beforehand so we have a book for you!
